Lorna is an experienced Operations Manager, with over 15 years experience delivering organisational change and excellence within the service industry, utility sector, financial and legal organisations. A Qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and in Lean Organisation Management. She has worked within large organisations including Severn Trent Water, BNP Paribas and Capita.

Lorna is passionate about delivering a first-class experience, through process improvements, training, feedback and engagement, regulatory adherence and listening to the needs and requirements of clients and customers from an ED&I perspective. Passionate about Maternity & Pregnancy Rights, she believes in helping people back into the workforce after a hiatus due to maternity leave/breaks.  Making reasonable adjustments to have great workers in a role they can excel in where their skills and experience are best utilised for the good of the person and the organisation.
