Kyra Clarke (She/Her)

Kyra began her work in EDI in the field of Economics, having led Student Engagement for The Black Economists Network while obtaining her degree. Since then, Kyra has gained experience leading a number of EDI interventions across a range of industries, providing support with strategic action planning, policy reviews, EDI audits and training.

Kyra is adept at identifying gaps that exist in strategy and workplace culture and guiding clients through the process of incremental change. Clients have described Kyra’s work and communications as ‘excellent’, demonstrating ‘tact, diplomacy and understanding’.
