Inclusion Measurement Framework 2025
Open to organisations across the energy and utilities sector, the 2023 Inclusion Measurement Framework aims to provide clear evidence of where the sector, and individual employers, can take action to move diversity and inclusion forward.
An underpinning principle of the Sector's Inclusion Commitment, Energy & Utility Skills’ Inclusion Measurement Framework measures inclusion across the themes of Leadership, Attraction and Recruitment, Retention and Progression. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current diversity and inclusion picture across the sector and to help participating companies and the sector understand how and where improvements can be made.
The Inclusion Measurement Framework is open to all organisations in the energy and utilities sector and is free of charge to participate in. Organisations registering to take part will receive a link to submit their data with the data submission window opening from Wednesday 10th September to Friday 24th October.
As was the approach last year, we have extended the CEO survey to include senior leaders. This will provide a unique snapshot of the views of sector CEOs and their leadership teams on what leading on inclusion means for them as well as providing insights into their journeys to leadership positions in the sector.
Energy & Utility Skills is sponsoring the project, with The Equal Group managing the data collation
Data submission closes on Friday 24th October and the results of the CEO Survey and the Measurement Framework will be published in early 2026.
