The Equal Group’s training sessions provide that foundation by creating a safe space to learn in an interactive, engaging and innovative way.
We designed a range of interactive sessions to empower Samaritans volunteers to engage with and challenge their own race-related biases, and provide them with the tools to keep challenging these biases on an ongoing basis.
We also advised Samaritans on the relevant EDI data that can be used to monitor the different race related outcomes of the organisation's public service provision.
