The National Trust was looking for a company to engage with 8-10 Ethnic Minority led outdoor organisations and create a formal proposal to the National Lottery (Phoenix Fund)

Our Work

The purpose of this was :

  • Establishing an ethnic minority led organisation to ensure BAME representation and influence across the heritage and open space sector,
  • Agree, plan, prioritise and resolve (or collaborate to resolve) issues impacting ethnic minority led organisations in this space.
  • To collectively work towards ensuring the organisation is self-sustaining within a 5 year time frame.

All with the aim of making funding arrangements work better for these organisations.
