The AWRN is committed to advancing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of its work. To further this mission, AWRN has partnered with The Equal Group to host a series of focus group sessions aimed at gathering insights, experiences and ideas from underrepresented groups.
We invite you to participate if you identify with any of the following underrepresented categories:
- Progression of women into senior roles.
- Barriers faced by minoritised ethnic groups
- Supporting colleagues with disabilities, long term health conditions and neurodivergence
- Inclusion of those from the non-academic sector
Sessions are limited to 12 participants per session, allocated on a first-come, first served basis. Please complete the form below to indicate your availability and preferred focus group (please only sign up for 1 session per category).
Your input will directly inform the AWRN’s strategies to create a more inclusive environment.
